# Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride
## Overview
Isoxsuprine hydrochloride is a peripheral vasodilator.
## Primary Indications
* Treatment of peripheral vascular disease, including intermittent claudication and vasospastic disorders.
* *Note: Efficacy for these indications is not well-established by robust clinical trials.*
## Adult Dosing
* **Oral:** 10-20 mg three to four times daily.
