## Overview
Hepamerz is a combination of the amino acids L-ornithine and L-aspartate. It is primarily used in the management of hyperammonemia associated with liver dysfunction.
## Primary Indications
* Hepatic encephalopathy (specifically hyperammonemia) in patients with cirrhosis or other liver diseases.
## Adult Dosing
